This exceptional house stands as a masterpiece of architecture and design, reflecting the creative vision and technical prowess of Hesam Ghaffari, the esteemed founder of Contempo. With an unwavering passion for architecture and an expert understanding of interior design and classic millwork, Ghaffari poured his heart and soul into this project, despite the demands of his primary business in Wood Industry Manufacturing.

The facade of the building stands as a testament to Ghaffari's unwavering dedication to his craft. Constructed entirely of Atash kooh travertine, a renowned Persian stone with a thickness of 5cm, each individual stone was finished on site with the utmost attention to detail. Meticulously crafted using hammer, chisel, and punched finishes, every aspect of the facade was carefully considered and expertly executed, resulting in a truly stunning and unique work of art.

The construction and stone finishing of this remarkable house began in 1988, a time when stone crafting technology was far more limited than it is today. Despite these challenges, Ghaffari remained resolute in his commitment to creating a timeless masterpiece, pouring nearly a decade of work and dedication into this project. Today, this building stands as a testament to Ghaffari's unparalleled creativity and skill, with its craftsmanship and classical detail serving as an enduring example of the highest level of architectural achievement.
